Use these forms to tell ASIC about an existing company or registered body. Company registration (Form 201) and business names have their own pages.
When to lodge
Most company detail changes must be notified to ASIC within 28 days of the change. Late lodgement can attract an ASIC late fee.
Who can sign
A current director, secretary, or your registered ASIC agent can sign. The signatory is responsible for the information being true and complete.
Fees
Some forms have no ASIC fee (for example Form 484). Forms that do have an ASIC fee are billed at ASIC’s amount plus our service fee. Zero-fee forms can be submitted without a card payment.
What appears on the public register
Company name, ACN, registered office, officeholders’ names, and share details are generally public. Dates of birth are not shown on the public register.
