- Enable conflict checking and risk assessment for company registration applications.
- Support compliance with our obligations as an ASIC Registered Agent.
- Aggregate publicly available legal data into a searchable format for authorised users of our platform.
5. What Happens If This Information Is Not Collected?

7. Are We Required By Law To Collect This?
No. Our collection of this information is not specifically required or authorised by an Australian law or a court/tribunal order. We collect it to operate our commercial entity verification services. However, the information itself is published by courts and tribunals under the principle of open justice.
8. Overseas Disclosures
The information we collect is stored on servers located in Australia (Google Cloud Platform, Sydney region) and the United States (Vercel, for website hosting). We do not disclose your personal information to overseas recipients for their independent use.
9. Your Rights: Access, Correction, and Opt-Out
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading. Given the potential impact of incorrect public data, we take requests for correction seriously.
